Advance registration has now closed (we'd never get any paperwork to you in the mail at such short notice) but you will be able to register "on the day" when you arrive, and we are negotiating to have a few extra bedrooms available for people who need somewhere to stay at the last minute who did not book in advance. Such rooms are extremely limited though, since this BiCon has had a high level of advance bookings and so the accommodation is almost full.
The booking rates for registering on the day fall into three types:
- registering for the whole weekend
- registering for one day - note: buying a one-day pass to BiCon means a second day is thrown in for free - and anyone who registers for any days of the conference gets in on the Thursday as well!
- registering for just the Friday night (by popular request of the live bands playing)
|Income||All Weekend||Day Pass||Friday Night||Bedroom|
|Up to £11,999||£40||£20||£6||£80|
|£12,000 to £16,999||£50||£25||£7||£85|
|£17,000 to £21,999||£60||£30||£8||£90|
|£22,000 to £26,999||£70||£35||£9||£105|
Taking a bedroom: if any are still available, the only option is to take one for the entire duration of the conference. We have to block-book rooms for the entire period rather than take them on a per-night basis; as such if you are planning to only stay for one night of BiCon, it will be cheaper to seek nearby hotel accommodation.
